Refund & Returns Policy

At Octubots, we want you to be completely satisfied with our AI agent services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

Subscription Refunds

Monthly Plans

  • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

Yearly Plans

  • Within 14 days of purchase (no agent deployed): Full refund.
  • Within 14 days of purchase (agent deployed): Refund minus setup and installation costs.
  • After 14 days: No refund. You may continue using the service until the end of your billing year.

One-Time Fees

  • Installation Fee: Non-refundable once the agent setup process has begun.
  • Support Packages: Non-refundable once support hours have been used. Unused support packages may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.

Service Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent your agent from functioning as described:

  • Contact us at support@octubots.com within 48 hours of the issue.
  • We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
  • If we cannot resolve the issue within 7 business days, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@octubots.com with your account details and reason for the refund.
  2. Include your order number or subscription ID.
  3. We will review your request within 3 business days.
  4. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom AI agent development or training that has been completed.
  • Third-party API costs already incurred on your behalf.
  • Domain or phone number registration fees.
